Project Management and Supply Chain

Supply Chain Management

The cornerstone of any good business is a good supply chain.

This function is managed between our quality team and our procurement team. The Lentus supply chain extends far beyond the supply and control of composite materials and consumables. Many of the composite parts manufactured by Lentus form part of a much larger more complex system where other components and technologies are used in the final delivery. This means Lentus Engineers and Supply Chain Managers have to be able to define and procure and control the quality and delivery of cast parts, fabricated parts, machined components, electronic parts, rapid prototype components amongst many other.

This strong culture of supply chain excellence enables Lentus Composites to supply systems where the composite element is the enabling technology and manage much larger and more diverse projects.
