Project Manager

In this role as a project manager you will be responsible for the coordination and management of multiple business wide projects. These projects will require a high level of personal interaction with staff across various different departments and at all levels to ensure delivery and engagement of the projects in line with the business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Engineering or a similar technical subject and previous experience in a project management or project planning/coordination role in a similar environment.

Lead Quality Inspector

We require a Lead Inspector to carry out the inspection and metrology of both bought out finished and in-house manufactured products. Ideally you will have experience in the operation and programming of various coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and Romer arm, including the use of PC-DMIS CAD++ Software with a proven ability to read and write CMM programs from CAD data.

Maintenance Engineer

As the Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the up keep and maintenance of all Lentus Composites machinery and equipment, maximising production, minimising downtimes and adhering to full compliance. You will be responsible for the engineering and maintenance aspects of the site ensuring all maintenance schedules are up to date working to continually improve facility efficiencies and maintain high productivity. Ideally you will be a Time Served and Qualified Electrical/Mechanical/Multi-Skilled Engineer with proven experience of maintenance in an automated, manufacturing environment.

CNC Machinist

The key duties for this role are:

  • creating and developing CNC programmes for multi axis Lathes and Mills
  • an understanding of Mazak and the Mazatrol controller to program the CNC Lathes
  • performing routine machine maintenance checks and completing check-sheet records
  • setting up of machines for production runs in both manned and unmanned periods
  • ability to create programmes and successfully prove them out to efficiently produce consistently accurate parts


Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for the manufacturing engineering aspects of new product introduction as well as the support of manufacturing processes for those products already in production.
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate that they have a clear understanding of what world class manufacturing looks like and how to go about implementing it. As such they will be very familiar with lean manufacturing philosophies and methodologies.

Composite Technician – Laminator

  • Laminating of pre-preg components to manufacture high performance composites for the F1, Sporting goods and Automotive markets.
  • Must demonstrate industry proven experience in working directly from customer drawings to a high standard


Composite Technician – Trimmer

  • Trimming of composite components for the F1, Sporting goods and Automotive markets
  • Must demonstrate industry proven experience in working directly from customer drawings to a high standard
